This video is absolutely amazing. Comedy Central’s Night of Too Many Stars autism benefit featured Katy Perry singing a duet with autistic fan Jodi DiPiazza on an intimate version of "Firework."
DiPiazza was diagnosed with autism as a toddler, in such a severe case that her parents feared she would never learn to speak. But thanks to intensive special education and music therapy, she’s been able to find a way through the disorder. DiPiazza took the stage with her idol Sunday night to show off her skills, and gained a few new fans in the process:
